Do you accept insurance?

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call, text, email, or complete our contact form online. A member of our team will help match you with the therapist who best fits your needs.
How much does therapy cost?
Our self-pay (out-of-pocket) rates typically range from $130–$150 per session, depending on the provider and type of service.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Our therapists utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
What age groups do you serve?
We provide counseling services for children ages 6 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists tailor treatment to each client's developmental stage, needs, and goals to provide age-appropriate support and care.
Do you offer services in Spanish?
Yes. Several members of our team provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
How long are therapy sessions?
Most therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Some specialized services may have different session lengths.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation fee.
What if I don't know whether therapy is right for me?
That's okay. Many clients begin therapy with questions or uncertainty. We are happy to discuss your concerns and help you determine whether counseling may be beneficial.
Do you offer EMDR therapy?
Yes. We have therapists trained in EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients process and heal from difficult experiences.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Florida, as well as in-person appointments at our Orlando office.
